Our Mission

The mission of Christian Money Help is to equip individuals, families, and small businesses to steward their finances faithfully for the sake of advancing God's Kingdom.

Guided by Scripture, we believe financial decisions are not just about dollars and cents but are deeply spiritual. Our goal is to help clients gain clarity, confidence, and peace in their financial lives so they can honor God, provide for their families, live generously, and fulfill their God-given purpose with freedom and faithfulness.

Each of our financial counselors have received the Certified Christian Financial Counselor (CERTCFC®) designation from the Institute for Chrisitan Financial Health.

Joan Neshem, CERTCFC®

Joan has been married for over 30 years and has 6 wonderful children and 4 grandchildren.

Early in their married life, they faced a period of serious financial challenges “due to not knowing or following God’s plan.” Listening to Christian radio prompted them to join a financial small-group study, which led them to become trained as "Budget Coaches". They have facilitated more than 30 small-group studies on God's financial principles, and Joan has been active in the Financial Ministry both locally and nationally.

Joan, a Certified Christian Financial Counselor, not only brings personal experience but also over 20 years of applying biblical stewardship principles. Joan's life lesson: “God has helped us to see that generosity so rarely has to do with money... it has to do with our hearts - and once our hearts are on His path, He provides the resources to be generous!”

Nate Sargent, CERTCFC®

Nate holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Colorado State University. He also earned a Certificate in Financial Planning from the Ron Blue Institute at Indiana Wesleyan University and is a Certified Christian Financial Counselor through the Institute for Christian Financial Health. With nearly 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry, Nate brings a passion for solving complex challenges—both technical and financial. He writes and speaks on the intersection of faith and finances, encouraging others to view money not as an end, but as a tool for greater purpose and impact.

Dr. Art Rainer, CERTCFC®

Dr. Art Rainer holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and an MBA from the University of Kentucky. He writes and speaks extensively on the topic of Christian financial health. Dr. Rainer is the founder of Christian Money Solutions, creator of the 8 Money Milestones program, and host of the More Than Money podcast.
