Most families are too ashamed to raise their hand. Most pastors are the first call when a financial crisis breaks. But few are trained or resourced to respond well. That gap is what this program exists to close.

OUR PARTNERSHIP MODEL

We partner with the church. We don't replace it.

The pastor, and in larger churches, the whole staff, remains the shepherd. We provide the tools, training, and expert counsel that help you care for every family well. We only use Certified Christian Financial Counselors (CERTCFC®), the professional standard for biblically based financial counseling.

Every tier begins with Foundations, our financial planning service, for the Lead Pastor.  From there, two tools flow through your pastoral care structure, however that looks in your church.

1. Email Support

Direct email access to a CERTCFC® counselor,  and extended by you to staff or congregation members as needs arise. A family has a question about debt, a budget, a major financial decision? They get a thoughtful, biblically grounded answer, usually within a day. No formal intake, no ongoing commitment.

Extended by: You and your staff, to whomever you discern needs a trusted next step. This is the everyday tool — available broadly, given freely. 

2. Counseling Vouchers

Pre-paid counseling packages given to families in deeper need. A deliberate pastoral act — not a self-serve option. The voucher covers a structured series of sessions with a CERTCFC® counselor, going well beyond what an email exchange can address. For the family carrying real financial pain that requires sustained, professional attention.

Given by: The Lead Pastor (or your staff pastors at higher tiers) to families you've already walked with and know need more help.

3. Foundations

You carry a lot. Your congregation's crises, your staff's needs, the weight of leadership. Financial worry shouldn't be one of them. Foundations is a three-session program with a CERTCFC® counselor — just for you — to get a clear picture of your finances, set meaningful goals, and put a realistic plan in place. So you can lead from a place of stability, not stress.

Given To: Foundations is offered to the Lead Pastor as part of every benefit tier. For larger churches, Foundations is offered to the Lead Pastor and their staff.

PRICING

How much does Financial Health Benefits cost?

We have three benefit tiers based on your church's size and needs. Each tier includes access to our counseling portal for email support, counseling vouchers that the pastor or staff can gift to members in need, and financial planning support for your lead pastor and staff. Our financial health benefits also offer Art Rainer's 8 Money Milestones as an added benefit for your congregation. This is all included in our starting price of $100/mo.
