Every tier begins with Foundations, our financial planning service, for the Lead Pastor. From there, two tools flow through your pastoral care structure, however that looks in your church.
1. Email Support
Direct email access to a CERTCFC® counselor, and extended by you to staff or congregation members as needs arise. A family has a question about debt, a budget, a major financial decision? They get a thoughtful, biblically grounded answer, usually within a day. No formal intake, no ongoing commitment.
Extended by: You and your staff, to whomever you discern needs a trusted next step. This is the everyday tool — available broadly, given freely.Â
2. Counseling Vouchers
Pre-paid counseling packages given to families in deeper need. A deliberate pastoral act — not a self-serve option. The voucher covers a structured series of sessions with a CERTCFC® counselor, going well beyond what an email exchange can address. For the family carrying real financial pain that requires sustained, professional attention.
