Questions
Can Christian Money Help see my financial information?
No. Your budget is saved on your own device and in the budget file you choose. Nothing you enter is sent to us. Your counselor only sees a copy if you decide to share one.
Do I have to connect my bank account?
No. You never enter a bank password. Download a Quicken (QFX) or OFX file from your bank’s website and import it, or add transactions by hand.
What devices does it work on?
It runs in your web browser on a computer, tablet or phone, with nothing to install. A computer with Chrome or Edge works best for setup and saves your changes automatically.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account. Your budget file stays on your device, so your information is never held hostage. You can rejoin later and open the same file.
I already have a CMH counselor. Can I use this with them?
Yes. Use Share with my counselor to send them a read-only copy whenever you want help. Ask your counselor about access to the app.
